How I work
I work closely with clients to understand what they need, but I'm just as focused on where the greatest impact is. That sometimes means redirecting a project toward a different problem than the one that came in, one that will actually move the needle. Scope, structure, and strategy are part of the design work, not separate from it.
Where I work best
I design tools for people who know exactly what they're doing: domain experts, technical practitioners, specialists operating in complex environments.
I've led design for international organisations across data, security, and open source, working directly with clients and engineering teams from initial scoping through to delivery.
