What I do
Most products don’t fail because they lack features. They become difficult to use when workflows fragment, systems evolve, and decisions made early in a product’s life start to conflict with new requirements.
I work with teams to understand how these products are actually used, identify where workflows break down, and redesign them into systems that are easier to understand and operate.

Who I've worked with
I’ve worked with open source communities, research organisations, and teams building complex digital tools.
These environments often require usability to coexist with security, performance, and evolving product needs.
